Argh, but I've already filled the hurt/comfort square! That said... I have signed up for small fandom bang but as yet have not settled on a plot idea. I *had* been edging towards writing a very angsty non-con fic, but I'm wary because the fandom wailed and flailed enough when I tortured Pythagoras, so I dread to think how they would react if I subjected him to a violent attack and rape! But this poisoning thing, on the other hand... Pyth would get to be the hero, *and* he would get to angst and worry a lot.

Hmmm.. I could get behind this idea... *ponders*


editOh, you are officially an evil bad influence! The more I think about this, the more I want to write this for the small fandom bang. *headdesk*

When I saw your comment I did actually laugh out loud, and it was a very evil laugh. Sadly I don't think those two ideas are compatible in the same fic, but I probably wouldn't be averse to writing both of them separately. And at least I know I have one person who might read the non-con fic, lol!

People read those fics, they're just afraid to admit it, which is why they get hardly any comments. Honestly, I'll read anything Atlantis that you write. And I'm obviously not going to say no to TWO fics.

Although, oddly enough, I actually did have both Jason being poisoned and a sort of Pyth non-con in the same fic, so I'm tempted to argue that it can indeed be done. However, I never intend to post that fic, so that's not really a valid example.

Well, I have to admit Jason might possibly by cursed via a magic potion in the Pyth non-con fic, so that's sort of like poisoning, maybe. Does this mean we have both had the *same* fic idea?! Poor Pythagoras! ;-)

Wait... hang on! Does that mean you have angsty Pyth Non-con fic and you're *withholding* it??!! Post it!!! Post it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would it encourage you to post if I said I've been having a massive, desperate craving for angsty Pyth!whumping fic lately (more to the point, angsty Pyth!whumping fic written by someone who isn't me!).

Well, I said sort of. The fic is unfinished, and also the way it's currently drafted, he gets out of it scared but mostly unscathed. But there's too much other stuff going on in that story to throw that in also, and I don't think I could do that to poor Pyth because it's when they're caught by bandits, so it would be a group of men. He has plenty of angst already dealing with Jason dying (and Pyth feels like it's his fault).

OMG wait, that isn't the only fic in my WIP folder that has those two things! I have another where Pyth is almost raped and Jason is poisoned, but both are by Jason! It's a coda to 1x11, and the cure was only temporary and Jason is actually still cursed and it's slowly coming back. He gets rough with Pyth, then poisons himself (in an attempt to suppress the wolf again, or kill it).

And I should get back to writing, I miss it, but I have an entire month of book club to catch up on first.

Although that sounds kind of like my fic idea as well! Jason on the receiving end of a malicious sex-pollen type aphrodisiac potion, and Pyth in the wrong place at the wrong time. Except it doesn't stop at 'almost raped'. Angst and pain for all! \o/

Well, yes, but this is *me* you're talking to. The person who is trying to fill a hurt/comfort bingo card, and whose nickname in Primeval fandom is Little Miss Maim and Kill. So really, referring to non/con and poisoning as 'fun' is pretty normal round here!

Unfortunately if I do the poisoning fic for small fandom bang you won't see it for ages, because they're not due for posting until April of next year. On the plus side it will be a *minimum* of 10k, but you have to wait until next year for it. :-( And I'm writing a Py/Icarus fic first before I can even start the poisoning fic.

I was looking at the bucket list the other day and realised that several of the later prompts had already been filled by fics. I need to go and have another look and send you links for fic recs.

Thanks. I enjoyed doing this wallpaper, I do like my h/c artwork to have a 'plot' if possible. Although this idea has actually now become one of my small fandom bang fics, so I'm writing it as well, after all.
