Funny stuff on the internet!

I found this (ironically, I came across the link on Proff Iain Stewart's twitter), and decided I needed to share, because anything that made me laugh that much ought to be disseminated to a wider audience.

Basically, it's an article that asks what would have happened if twitter had been around for some of the biggest scientific discoveries in history?

Article here.

Enjoy! :-)

LOL

I've always known Florence Nightingale was cool.

I think Schrodinger is my favourite as well. But there's also one down in the comments about Heisenberg which made me giggle a lot.

LOL! I can imagine that the first one attracted you to this!

Poor kitty! Though I had to look up Gage as I'd never heard of him. Mmmm, that was gross. Cheers for that! *g*

Heehee! I found the link on Iain Stewart's twitter and decided to give it a try. I was quite amused when I saw who the first one was!

I hadn't heard of a couple of them, but I certainly had a good giggle at the ones I did know. Schrodinger is probably my favourite.

Oh, those are great! Thanks for the link. I was happy that I understood most of them, and the use of humour was so clever.

With The Cat, I now always think of Terry Prachett's third option for its state, which is: Bloody furious. My money's on (c)

Lol! Yes, the poor cat will rip someone face's off when they do eventually open the box!

That was hilarious! Favorite was either Nightingale or Edison.

:D. Thanks for sharing!

It made me laugh so much, I just had to share it. I had a feeling people on my f-list might appreciate that kind of humour. :-)

They're fantastic. The Franklyn and Nightingale ones made me laugh!

I think Schrodinger is my favourite. That, and one of the ones in the comments below about Heisenberg.

I had a good giggle when I read it. Oddly enough, the polio one, where the last tweet just says 'FFS!' it makes me laugh so much. You can hear the head hitting desk at the crazy people! :-)
